1. Go to the harbour

2. Buy crew management for your crew

3. Open your inventory and equip the cannon balls and the food for the crew

Information: one slot of your inventory can obtain up to 5,000 cannon balls

4. Talk to the master of the harbor and click on "Port"

5. Now you can decide whether you want to hire a better crew than the one you already own! The better your crew is, the longer they can survive with the bought food

6. Click on "Sail"
